
Glastonburys Bar & Kitchen is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the team at our new venue in the heart of Perth CBD.

About the Role:
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for your section, delivering consistently high-quality dishes and working closely with our senior chefs to create and refine menus. You’ll bring skill, efficiency, and enthusiasm to every service — and help set the standard for quality and teamwork in our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute dishes to a high standard across your section
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Assist with prep, stock control, and daily kitchen operations
- Support the Sous and Head Chefs in menu development and specials
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
- A passion for cooking and delivering consistent quality under pressure
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available at this stage)
