We’re cooking up something special in the heart of Perth, and we’re looking for a Senior Chef to bring the heat! Opening August 2025, this new bar & Kitchen is ready to rock — and we need a passionate, skilled and hands-on chef to lead the charge in the kitchen.
The Role:
You’ll be the culinary captain of this new venue, working side-by-side with our Group Executive Chef and owners to deliver a fresh, exciting food experience. From prep to plating, rostering to ordering, you’ll run the show day-to-day and help build something epic from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations with style and efficiency
- Leading and mentoring a small but mighty kitchen team
- Ensuring top-notch food quality, consistency and presentation
- Collaborating with the Executive Chef on menus, specials & kitchen setup
- Managing stock, ordering, food safety and compliance
- Bringing great energy, ideas and hustle every single day

About You:
- Previous experience in a chef de partie/ jnr sous chef , looking to make the next step in your career
- Solid leadership skills with a cool head under pressure
- A love for fresh, flavour-packed food and a sharp eye for detail
- Organised, efficient and driven to build a strong kitchen culture
- Ready to jump in for pre-opening in July to get the space humming
